LUSOCHAV: THE NEW KEYLINE PORTUGUESE BRANCH!

Mariacristina Gribaudi, Keyline CEO, has signed in Porto (Portugal) for the acquisition of the controlling stake of Luso Chav Lda, the major importer and distributor of keys and key machines in Portugal. The agreement was made possible thanks to the over thirty-year relationship between Massimo Bianchi of Keyline and the general manager of Luso Chav, Jorge Dias. In these thirty years the two have both developed and exchanged mutual experiences in the field of the manufacturing and distribution of systems for duplicating replacement keys, which have evolved over the decades until the present vehicles keys operated by transponders and remote controls.

Luso Chav, founded in 1998 by the current managers Jorge Dias and Cristina Maria Mesquita, thus becomes the fully controlled distribution company of Keyline products in Portugal, creating the conditions for a strong development. “Utilizing the synergies that both companies can put in practice thanks to the mutual competences achieved in this business, and specially thanks to the market coverage reached by Luso Chav, which will now utilize and maximize the performances of the technologically advanced Keyline products” assure Massimo Bianchi and Mariacristina Gribaudi.
