Keyline S.p.A. warranty conditions

Keyline SpA provides a 24-month warranty  from the date of purchase for all machines. During this period, the company guarantees the machine's proper operation and will repair or replace any defective parts or units due to manufacturing faults. Replacements may include an equivalent or updated model at the discretion of Keyline SpA

This warranty applies only to machines used under normal operating conditions and excludes any damage resulting from negligence, unauthorized repairs, or use beyond the company's control.

Warranty Duration and Coverage Terms

• Warranty period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Coverage: Repairs or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults.
• Exclusions: Damage from misuse, negligence, unauthorized maintenance, or non-original components.

Industrial machines are subject to the provisions outlined in Industrial Use and Maintenance

Warranty Claim Procedure

To activate warranty service, customers must provide:

• A valid purchase invoice showing the machine's serial number.
• Notification of defects within 30 days of discovery .

Failure to submit required documents or notification within the stated timeframe may void the warranty.

Service and Repair Policy

Keyline SpA may:

• Replace defective components with new or refurbished parts  of equivalent quality.
• Update design details during repair without prior notice.

Replaced parts are covered only for the remaining warranty period . Replacement of the entire product does not restart or extend  the warranty duration.

Use of Non-Original Accessories

Using  non-original Keyline SpA accessories or spare parts  automatically voids the warranty. The company is not liable for malfunctions caused by such combinations or any resulting damages.

General Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear parts (eg, cutters, clamps, brushes, tracers).
• Damage from moisture, transport, improper installation, or incorrect environmental conditions.
• Superficial wear such as scratches or discoloration.
• Modifications or integrations made without written authorization.
• Minor imperfections that do not impact product functionality.

Keyline SpA accepts no liability for injuries or damages resulting from lack of grounding or improper use .

Industrial Use and Maintenance

For machines used in industrial settings:

• Regular maintenance by Keyline SpA staff  is mandatory once the unit exceeds its defined operating cycle limits.
• Maintenance costs are borne by the customer .
• Failure to perform required maintenance  voids the warranty .

Cycle thresholds defining industrial usage:

• Standard machines: 10,000 cycles per year
• Versa, Sigma Pro, Dezmo models: 25,000 cycles per year

Transportation arrangements must be made by the user, who assumes all related costs and risks .

Legal Jurisdiction

In case of disputes regarding interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the court of Treviso (Italy)  holds jurisdiction.
